Shipping costs are per order, not per box/item, and all shipping costs include packing materials and overheads. VAT will be charged (where applicable)
Delivery in Shenzhen, China
Our chosen delivery service is by sea + air or + road, door to door delivery. Due to the long shipping time, you can usually expect to receive your goods 40-60 days after placing your order, you can contact our customer service for the exact time.
Shipments over this weight or special sizes will be delivered door-to-door by sea + air or + road.
All shipments are tracked and require a signature on delivery and if you miss the delivery person, a card will be left instructing you to arrange redelivery or collection from your local picking office/delivery depot.
There are times throughout the year when this standard delivery is not possible, such as public holidays or bad weather, and once the shipment has arrived at your local customs office, please contact UPS or DHL or FEDEX and provide your unique tracking number for the latest update.
Deliveries to business and residential addresses are normally made between 7am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Once the goods have been delivered to the shipping company or to the local UPS or DHL or FEDEX company. We will not be able to control the delivery, but we will provide UPS or DHL or FEDEX information and a unique tracking number.
International orders
Our chosen delivery service is by sea + UPS or DHL or FEDEX.
All shipments will be given a unique tracking number and can be monitored via the UPS or DHL or FEDEX website
Shipment size and weight will be as per UPS or DHL or FEDEX service standards and any shipments to any country outside of these guidelines will be made via UPS or DHL or FEDEX service.
Lost shipments
For reasons of reliability and convenience, we use UPS or DHL or FEDEX for all deliveries. Unfortunately, as with all delivery services, on rare occasions a parcel will not arrive within the agreed timeframe or be lost altogether.
In such cases, we will endeavour to ensure that the item is delivered to you as soon as possible by contacting the delivery service and attempting to locate your parcel and deliver it.
You can also contact the delivery service yourself using the tracking number provided to you in the email sent. In the event of a missing item, we cannot refund or send a replacement until we have confirmed that the delivery is missing.
This must be confirmed by UPS or DHL or FEDEX/delivery service themselves and the period of time for which the item can be confirmed missing depends on the delivery service used.
